  3. Form the mixture into ball (or log).

  4. Add the crust.

  5. Cover and refrigerate until needed.



THE INGREDIENTS

Cheddar Bacon Ranch


  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped (or a package of bacon bits), halved for crust

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 package dry ranch dressing mix

  • 1/2 cup green onion, minced


Serve with Ritz Everything Bagel crackers


Ham and Cheddar


  • 3/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped, for crust

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1 cup ham, diced

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/3 cup green onion, minced


Serve with Ritz Original crackers



Garlic Parmesan


  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup green onion, minced

  • 4 tablespoons pimiento, chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced


Serve with Ritz Zesty Herb crackers


Crab Rangoon


  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 12 ounces imitation crab meat, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons green onion, minced for coating

  • salt and pepper to taste


Serve with wonton wrappers, oven-toasted until golden

Dill Pickle


  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup dill pickles, minced

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup green onions, minced

  • 1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese, for crust


Serve with Club crackers


Bacon Jalapeño Popper


  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 3 jalapeños seeded, minced, halved for crust

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped, halved for crust

  • 1/4 cup green onions, minced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

  • 4 cups Flamin' Hot Cheetos, crushed for crust


Serve with pretzel crackers

Taco


  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 4 ounces green chilies, drained

  • 1 ounce packet taco seasoning

  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup colby jack cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup frozen corn

  • 1/2 cup Doritos, crushed for coating
